Abstract

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a scourge of the planet’s population, especially the developed countries. NAFLD development is due to the global increase in the number of overweight and obese people. NAFLD in its turn is the main factor of cardiovascular risk development. Early detection of the cardiovascular risk development with underlying NAFLD and overweight remains understudied. This article reviews the literature dealing with the diagnosis and treatment of NAFLD in overweight subjects.

Key words: non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, hypertension, endothelial lipase, lipid metabolism, overweight.

Неалкогольна жирова хвороба печінки (НАЖХП) - бич населення планети, особливо розвинених країн світу. Розвиток НАЖХП обумовлено глобальним зростанням кількості людей з надмірною масою тіла та ожирінням. У свою чергу НАЖБП є головним фактором розвитку кардіоваскулярного ризику. Рання діагностика розвитку кардіоваскулярного ризику на тлі НАЖХП і надлишкової маси тіла до кінця не вивчена. У даній статті представлений огляд літературних джерел по темі діагностики НАЖХП на тлі надлишкової маси тіла.

Ключові слова: неалкогольна жирова хвороба печінки, неалкогольний стеатогепатит, гіпертонічна хвороба, ендотеліальна ліпаза, ліпідний обмін, надлишкова маса тіла .

Неалкогольная жировая болезнь печени (НАЖБП) – бич населения планеты, в особенности развитых стран мира. Развитие НАЖБП обусловлено глобальным ростом количества людей с избыточной массой тела и ожирением. В свою очередь НАЖБП является главным фактором развития кардиоваскулярного риска. Ранняя диагностика развития кардиоваскулярного риска на фоне НАЖБП и избыточной массы тела до конца не изучена. В данной статье представлен обзор литературных источников по теме диагностики НАЖБП на фоне избыточной массы тела.
