Актуальність. Тривалі кризові умови, включаючи пандемію коронавірусної хвороби 2019 року та повномасштабну війну в Україні, суттєво вплинули на систему вищої медичної освіти. Іноземні студенти-медики є особливо вразливою групою через стрес, труднощі міжкультурної адаптації, мовні бар’єри та складнощі академічної комунікації. За таких обставин розвиток навичок усвідомленої комунікації та емоційної саморегуляції стає важливою складовою професійної підготовки.
Мета. Обґрунтувати розробку та впровадження курсу «Психофізіологія усвідомленої комунікації в кризових умовах» для іноземних студентів-медиків з урахуванням психофізіологічних аспектів комунікації в умовах стресу та сучасних освітніх підходів.
Матеріали та методи. Дослідження ґрунтувалося на аналізі сучасної наукової літератури щодо комунікативної компетентності, нейрофізіологічних механізмів комунікації, емоційної регуляції та навчання комунікації в медичній освіті в умовах кризи. Освітні матеріали Українсько-швейцарського проєкту «Розвиток медичної освіти» були адаптовані. Авторами розроблено курс «Психофізіологія усвідомленої комунікації в кризових умовах», що інтегрує нейрофізіологічний компонент кафедри фізіології Харківського національного медичного університету. Структуру курсу розроблено авторами, тоді як ChatGPT (GPT-5.5, OpenAI) використовувався виключно для її візуалізації.
Етика дослідження. Стаття описує розробку освітнього курсу і не передбачає участі людей або проведення біомедичних експериментів. Тому отримання етичного схвалення не вимагалося.
Результати. Хронічний стрес впливає на комунікацію, емоційну регуляцію та процеси адаптації. Аналіз освітніх практик виявив обмежену інтеграцію психофізіологічних підходів у навчання комунікації. Запропоновано концепцію курсу (1,5 кредиту Європейської кредитно-трансферної накопичувальної системи), що поєднує психофізіологічні знання, навички усвідомленої комунікації та практико-орієнтоване навчання у змішаному й онлайн-форматах.
Висновки. Запропонований курс може сприяти розвитку комунікативної стійкості, емоційної саморегуляції та адаптаційних можливостей іноземних студентів, а також формуванню психологічно безпечного освітнього середовища в умовах кризи.
