Анотація

Ендометріоз – мультифакторне захворювання, яке в основному вражає жінок репродуктивного віку. Етіологія та патогенез цієї хвороби досі залишається загадкою. Проведено аналіз сучасних концепцій етіології та механізмів розвитку аденоміозу. В огляд включені дані зарубіжних статей, опублікованих у базах даних PubMed, UpToDate, eLibrary протягом останніх десяти років. Вивченню мікробіоти матки та її вплив на розвиток хвороби присвячено низка робіт. Описано можливості культурального та молекулярно-генетичного методів діагностики, зокрема 16S pРНК у вивченні стану мікробіоти порожнини матки. Сучасна парадигма розвитку та прогресування аденоміозу передбачає наявність бактеріальної контамінації ендометрію, що, у свою чергу, є тригером модифікації клітин, запускаючи «порочне коло» виникнення патології.
